SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Google is donating closely $7 one thousand thousand to let San Francisco to cover providing release omnibus and former conveyance services to low-income city kids.
City officials proclaimed the donation on Thursday and said it testament underwrite an additional two old age of the spare transportation program. The platform is currently funded by a regional transport government agency through June 2014.
The contribution comes as Google and other engineering companies confront criticism terminated individual buses they function to foot up employees in San Francisco. Applied science workers are also accused of impulsive up rents and gentrifying the city.
